  • Do you have shop tours?

    Yes, We do have shop tours on specific Friday’s you can check out our calendar for the exact dates and then feel free to give Baylee a call at 801-262-3098 x105 to reserve a time. Tours last about 45 Minutes and you get to see the entire shop in action.

    As of February 3rd Kindig-it Design will be charging $5.00 per person for shop tours. This charge covers a full guided shop tour and a $5.00 credit towards any purchase over $19.95 from our gift shop. (limit 1 per person) Thank you for the continued support.

    Max group size is 8 people.

    We do not allow pictures in the shop.

  • Do you have a store front with your apparel?

    Yes, We have a gift shop at the very east end of the building with T-Shirt’s and other Bitchin’ Rags.

  • Do you have a showroom?

    Yes, The showroom is open 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. We have a couple cars on display as well as our apparel for sale.

  • Can you build international cars for people out of the country?

    It is a case by case scenario depending on the different laws you might not be able to take the car we build you back to your home country.

  • How do you order the door handles?

    They are $595 for paintable and $650 for polished chrome.

    We usually have them in stock. We ship via United States Postal Service

    Some applications may need some modifications to fit onto your vehicle they are very universal but sometimes the need extra parts which can vary $20-$40

  • Where can I buy a T-Shirt or other Apparel?

    You can go to www.kindigitapparel.com and look through all of our Bitchin’ Rags.

  • Do you donate your time to build projects for other people?

    Unfortunately not at this time. We are not funded the same way as other TV shows, we are simply filming client builds for your entertainment.

  • What is your Refund/Exchange Policy on Apparel?

    Exchanges

    We have a 30 day exchange policy. The 30 days starts the day the apparel is delivered to you, based on the USPS tracking. The item must be back to us by the 30th day.

    Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

    1. The size didn’t work for you
    2. You want a different color
    3. You want a different design

    *Please note that there are no exchanges accepted on clearance shirts or imperfection sales.

    We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed.

    Please email us (baylee@kindigit.com) before sending back your item. We will approve your exchange and email you back with specific instructions.

    Your exchange will be processed after we receive your item in the mail. The replacement item can take up to a week to ship out.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    We DO NOT do refunds only exchanges!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • How do you ship?

    We ship through the United States Postal Service First Class Shipping both in the United States and the Rest of the World. Please make sure your shipping address gets USPS Service. Your order cannot be changed once it is placed. Kindig-it Design is not responsible for paying for redirecting packages or wrong addresses. Please double check your order before placing.
