  • Do you have shop tours?

    Yes, We do have shop tours on specific Friday’s you can check out our calendar here for the exact dates. We are only taking reservations for the tours and you can see how to on the calendar. Tours last about 45 Minutes and you get to see the entire shop in action.

    As of February 3rd, Kindig-it Design will be charging $5.00 per person for shop tours. This charge covers a full guided shop tour and a $5.00 credit towards any purchase over $20 from our gift shop. (limit 1 per person)

    Max group size is 8 people per tour.

    We do not allow pictures in the shop.

  • Do you have a store front with your apparel?

    Yes, We have a gift shop at the very east end of the building with T-Shirt’s and other Bitchin’ Rags.

  • Can you visit the shop?

    Yes, we have a showroom you can view during the week it is open 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. We have a couple cars on display as well as our apparel for sale. The rest of the shop is closed to the public for filming and well because we are working. If you would like to take a tour through the shop we do have tour days almost every Friday!   • How can I start a build?

    Currently, we have a huge waiting list. If you would like to get on the list please follow these steps:

    – Send an email to with the following information.

    – Give us a list of what you want to be done to the build. (Not what is already done.)

    – Overview Pictures of the car. (We only need about 2-3 Pictures)

    – Give us a tentative budget you are working with.

    – List your contact information.

    We no longer accept phone calls regarding builds. If you do not have access to email, now is a good time to get one.

  • Where can I find parts for sale?

    Click here to view the parts we sell! Parts like the Kindig-it Smooth Door Handles, Exhaust Cutouts, Smooth Gas Caps, and Camaro Spoilers! If you don’t see it here chances are we just built it for a one-off custom.

    Visit our apparel website at and check out all of our stuff! We also have our parts listed on that website!

    Keep in mind if it’s not on the website we don’t have it for sale.

  • What is your Refund/Exchange Policy on Apparel?

    Refund/Exchange Policy


    We have a 30-day exchange policy. The 30 days starts the day the apparel is delivered to you, based on the USPS tracking. The item must be back to us by the 30th day.

    Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

    – The size didn’t work for you

    – You want a different color

    – You want a different design

    *Please note that there are no exchanges accepted on clearance shirts or imperfection sales.

    We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed.

    Please email us ( before sending back your item. We will approve your exchange and email you back with specific instructions.

    Your exchange will be processed after we receive your item in the mail. The replacement item can take up to a week to ship out.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    We DO NOT do refunds only exchanges!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • How do you ship?

    We ship through the United States Postal Service First Class Shipping both in the United States and the Rest of the World. Please make sure your shipping address gets USPS Service. Your order cannot be changed once it is placed. Kindig-it Design is not responsible for paying for redirecting packages or wrong addresses. Please double check your order before placing.
